Peter Yttergren is a drummer from Örebro, Sweden. Peter is currently the drummer for Bobby Kimball (original lead singer of Toto), and the drummer for the hugely successful Legends of Rock project, founded & run by Tommy Denander, containing world-class singers performing their biggest hits (Bobby Kimball, Bill Champlin, Eric Martin, Tony Martin, Graham Bonnet, Mickey Thomas, Steve Augeri, Steve Walsh, Fee Waybill, Alex Ligertwood, Robin McAuley, King Of Hearts (Tommy Funderburk & Bruce Gaitch), Jean Beauvoir, Derek St Holmes, Miljenko Matijevic, Eric Bazillian, Bruce Kulick, Fran Cosmo, Kelly Keagy, Franke Previte, Robert Hart, Robin Beck, James Christian). In between gigs with these giants, Peter runs and plays in the highly successful The Toto Tribute, a Swedish tribute band for Toto.
When not on the road Peter is busy recording drums for various artists and projects, quite often together with the great Tommy Denander on guitars. Peter was also one of the first drummers with an online drumming service, live-drums.com, started in 2005. Recordings scheduled for 2015 include a new Bobby Kimball album as well as a new album by Ricky Delin and many more…
