my first thought was “these sticks are way too heavy on the back”. as i started to try them on my practice pad i was even more convinced about that. then i moved to the drumset and the over-weight turned into a plus. i realised my effort in playing was way less than with regular wood sticks. i even tried carbon pro supergrip in a live situation and at the end (2 hours gig) i was more relaxed and less tired than what i usually was after a show. the grip is perfect: not sticky and kinda “soft”. high level drum sticks in the end
